Shipping Policy

Shipping and Delivery Policy

End Loadshedding (Pty) Ltd

This Shipping and Delivery Policy applies to products purchased directly from End Loadshedding (Pty) Ltd through our website, quotation process, or approved sales channels within South Africa.

This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Returns Policy, Refund Policy, and any quotation or invoice issued by End Loadshedding.

1. Order Processing

All orders are subject to payment verification and stock availability.

Once an order has been placed, the customer will receive an order confirmation containing the order number, order summary, and relevant payment details.

Orders are processed from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays, during normal business hours between 09:00 and 17:00 SAST.

Orders placed outside these hours, over weekends, or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Payment Terms

End Loadshedding currently accepts payment by Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) unless another payment method is expressly approved in writing.

Full payment must be received and cleared in End Loadshedding’s nominated bank account before any goods are released, dispatched, collected, or delivered.

Banking details will be provided on the invoice and, where applicable, in the order confirmation email.

The customer must use the relevant order number or invoice number as the payment reference to avoid delays in processing.

End Loadshedding shall not be responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment references, delayed bank clearance, or payment verification issues.

3. Shipping Methods and Couriers

End Loadshedding uses reputable third-party courier companies for deliveries, including but not limited to The Courier Guy, Dawn Wing, or any other courier appointed by End Loadshedding from time to time.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all deliveries will be sent by standard ground courier.

Where a customer requires a specialised delivery service, including express delivery, freight delivery, heavy-load delivery, white-glove delivery, or special handling, the customer must request a custom quote before placing or confirming the order.

Special delivery services may be subject to additional costs, courier availability, and logistical approval.

4. Shipping Costs

A flat shipping fee of R499 will be added at checkout, unless otherwise stated on the quotation, invoice, product page, or order confirmation.

Additional shipping charges may apply for:

  1. oversized or heavy items;

  2. remote or outlying areas;

  3. special handling requirements;

  4. express delivery;

  5. freight services;

  6. failed delivery attempts; or

  7. re-delivery requests.

Where additional charges apply, End Loadshedding will notify the customer before dispatch where reasonably possible.

5. Delivery Timeframes

Standard delivery is estimated at 3 to 7 business days from the date on which payment clears into End Loadshedding’s nominated bank account.

Express delivery, where arranged and approved in writing, is estimated at 1 to 3 business days from dispatch.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery may be affected by factors outside End Loadshedding’s control, including courier delays, supplier delays, stock availability, public holidays, weather conditions, road conditions, strikes, load shedding, incorrect delivery details, or other logistical disruptions.

End Loadshedding shall not be liable for losses, inconvenience, or damages arising from courier delays or circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

6. Tracking Your Order

Once an order has been dispatched, the customer will receive tracking details where available.

The tracking information may include:

  1. the courier company name;

  2. the tracking number;

  3. a tracking link; and

  4. the expected delivery date, where provided by the courier.

Customers may track their order directly through the courier’s website or platform.

Tracking updates are managed by the courier and may not always reflect in real time.

7. Failed Deliveries and Address Changes

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address provided at checkout or on the order form is complete, accurate, and accessible.

The customer must ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery during normal delivery hours.

If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, unavailable recipient, restricted access, refusal to accept delivery, or any other customer-related reason, additional courier, storage, re-delivery, or collection fees may apply.

Address changes must be requested before payment clearance and before dispatch.

Once an order has been dispatched, End Loadshedding cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be amended.

8. Lost, Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items

The customer must inspect all packages immediately upon receipt.

Any damaged, missing, incorrect, or incomplete items must be reported to End Loadshedding within 7 calendar days of delivery.

The customer must provide:

  1. order number or invoice number;

  2. clear photographs of the outer packaging;

  3. clear photographs of the damaged or incorrect item;

  4. photographs of labels, waybills, and serial numbers where applicable; and

  5. a written description of the issue.

Failure to report delivery damage, shortages, or discrepancies within the required period may result in the claim being rejected.

Where a claim is accepted, End Loadshedding may arrange a replacement, repair, refund, or courier claim, subject to inspection, courier investigation, stock availability, and our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Risk and Delivery

Risk in the goods shall pass to the customer upon successful delivery to the address provided by the customer, or upon collection by the customer or the customer’s nominated courier.

Where the customer arranges their own courier or collection, End Loadshedding shall not be responsible for loss, theft, damage, or delay once the goods have been handed over to the customer, courier, or authorised representative.

Ownership of the goods shall remain with End Loadshedding until full cleared payment has been received.

10. International Shipping

End Loadshedding currently ships within the Republic of South Africa only.

International shipping is not offered as a standard service.

Customers outside South Africa may contact End Loadshedding to discuss possible arrangements, subject to product availability, export requirements, shipping costs, customs duties, taxes, insurance, and written approval by End Loadshedding.
