Does the package price include installation?
The supplied package creatives show installation and COC as included. Your written quotation must confirm the exact equipment, installation limits, travel, roof type, cable routes, distribution-board work, exclusions and any site-specific charges before you accept.
Will a solar system eliminate my electricity bill?
Not necessarily. Results depend on your consumption profile, system size, weather, battery use, tariff structure and whether the system is approved and configured for export. We avoid guaranteeing savings without an assessment.
How long will the battery power my home?
Backup duration depends on usable battery capacity and the loads running at the time. High-power appliances can reduce runtime quickly. We can help estimate runtime once we know your essential loads.
Do you provide a COC?
Where an electrical Certificate of Compliance is required for the agreed work, the quotation should identify the compliance and handover scope. Ask us to confirm exactly what is included for your project.
What happens if equipment develops a fault?
Contact us with your purchase details and a description of the problem. Manufacturer warranty claims are assessed under the applicable terms. We can help coordinate the process, but the manufacturer or authorised distributor determines approval of its product warranty claim.
Do you install nationwide?
We accept installation enquiries from across South Africa. Project availability, travel, logistics and site-assessment requirements are confirmed individually before a quotation is finalised.
